We provide care ranging from long-term to short-term, and our services are available for two to twenty-four hours daily. Additionally, we offer flexible assistance during the day or night only.

 

Elite Caregivers provides state-of-the-art online technology to its esteemed clients. Our scheduler eliminates the need for paper documentation, which is often susceptible to loss or theft. Our online scheduling system is designed to be quick and easy, enabling us to match the right caregiver with ease. We offer each new and existing client a personalized care plan that is tailored to their unique needs. Our system is specifically designed for home care services and includes a family room that is accessible to all our clients and their authorized representatives.

• How does this help you? While you are at work or play you can check in to see when the caregiver is in the home and what is being done during their shift from your phone or computer. 

All caregivers are required to make care notes in compliance with our care plan and record all changes in conditions or services. All our invoicing and receivables are online and available through our family room.

• For billing, we accept Long-Term Health Insurance, such as CalPERS, Genworth, Workers' Compensation, and some select private insurance. Additionally, we can bill vendors directly from our system at no extra cost to you.
