Fees for Service

Our goal is to provide the highest quality service at a reasonable rate. Therefore our fees are based on annual market research and kept within the base fee scale for our industry. Some of our professional services are outsourced through different professionals in the industry.

Fees for Home Care Aides

We are a licensed home care service. Under our care you are covered by our licensed, insurance and bonded. As a provider we accept: Private Pay, Long Term Health Insurance Policies, Workers' Compensation Insurance, M.S.S.P., P.A.C.E ., V.A., A.P.S. and other forms of payment. 

 

2-5 Hours......................................  $26.00-$29.00

5-9 Hours......................................  $25.00-$28.00

9-12 Hours....................................  $24.00-$27.00

*Weekends are charged a $1.00 per hour differential*

*Holidays are charged time and a half*

Emergency Calls..........................  $48.00 Per Hr

Care Manager visits are done regularly. We also provide assessments at no cost to on-boarding clients. 

 

We will bill your LTHC insurance or vendor directly.

 

Weekends are billed an additional $1.00 per hour and holidays are billed at time and a half. 
 

Fees for Mileage

Transport Rate.................  $.35 Ml

Commute Rate.................  $.35 Ml

 

 

All mileage and commute fees are paid 100% to the caregiver.
